Handwoven hemp, hand-drawn batik, by ethnic minority, from Vietnam
This little purse is handmade from hemp as well as from a vintage batik fabric done by the H´Mông ethnic minority. It has four compartments for you to keep money, cards or other items.
The H´Mông are one of the largest ethnic minority groups residing in the northern mountainous areas of Vietnam, well known for their hemp-weaving and hand-drawn batik-making skills.
The slight imperfections and the hand-drawn batik pattern slightly varying in motifs and motif sizes make every purse unique.
